Tradetrek.com's Silver/Gold membership is based on monthly subscription. Each billing period starts
from the same day of the month that you signed up for the service; this is called your renewal day.
The credit card payment process is facilitated by the service of Authorize.net, and the charge is
made on the first day of each billing period. The Silver/Gold membership will be automatically
renewed each renewal day unless you notify us to cancel at least three (3) business days prior to
your upcoming renewal day.
Please send your cancellation request with your user name to
support@tradetrek.com.
EXAMPLE:
If you signed up for service on January 15th, you will automatically be billed on January 15th, and
then February 15th, etc. If you choose to cancel before your next renewal date, you would need to do so
via e-mail by the 12th of the month (or earlier).
NOTE: After your cancellation has been confirmed, you will still be able to use your paid service
up until your renewal day, after which, your service will revert to the Basic Service. You will be
able to log into the Basic membership with the same username and password.
